Class Description

This live Zoom Reiki class is a group energy experience designed to support deep rest, energetic balance, and whole-body restoration.

You will be invited to lie down and relax while receiving Reiki energy for approximately 45 minutes of the session.

This class creates space for deep rest while you receive Reiki for energetic balance and restoration.

Each experience is unique and unfolds based on what is needed in the moment.

After the Reiki portion, there will be a brief optional Q&A and space for sharing for those who wish to participate.

Important Participation Note

If multiple participants are in the same household, each person must register individually and join from separate devices and separate spaces.

This allows for proper guidance, presence, and support throughout the session.

To support the integrity of the group space, please arrive 10 minutes early. The session begins promptly, and late arrivals will not be let in once we have begun.

What to Expect

This is a rest-based experience.

You will not need to do anything during the Reiki portion of the class other than lie down and receive.

Comfort is encouraged. You may wish to use pillows, a blanket, and an eye covering.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Many people experience Reiki as deeply restorative, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Reiki is increasingly being offered as a complementary therapy in hospitals, wellness centers, and integrative health programs because of its ability to support relaxation and activate the body's natural restorative response.

While Reiki is not a cure for illness or medical conditions, it can be a valuable complementary practice that supports overall well-being and

recovery.

Anyone can receive Reiki.

How Does Reiki Work?

Reiki can be offered both in person and remotely through what is commonly known as Distant Reiki. Because Reiki is not dependent on physical touch, sessions can be experienced effectively whether you are in the same room or anywhere in the world.

I offer both in-person Reiki sessions in the Los Angeles area and Distant Reiki sessions via Zoom.

Group Reiki classes are 60 minutes in length and include approximately 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing followed by a Q&A and integration period. This provides an opportunity to share your experience, ask questions, and receive guidance in a supportive environment.

Private Reiki sessions are 90-minute individualized experiences and include over an hour of focused Reiki healing, followed by time for reflection, integration, and discussion.

Unlike a group setting, where the Reiki energy is shared among participants, private sessions allow the energy work to be focused entirely on one individual, creating a more personalized and concentrated experience.

My Approach

My Reiki practice is both intuitive and grounded. While trained in the Usui method, I work in an integrative and responsive way guided by presence and energetic attunement to what is needed in the moment.

Each session is unique. Rather than following a fixed structure, I allow the work to unfold naturally, responding to the individual needs of each person and creating space for awareness, restoration, and healing.

What to Expect

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for Reiki. Simply find a comfortable place where you can lie down and relax. A bed, couch, or floor are all appropriate as long as you feel supported and at ease.

People often report experiences such as deep relaxation, sensations of warmth or energy moving through the body, vivid imagery, colors, emotional release, enhanced awareness, or simply a profound sense of rest.

Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki.

Ongoing Support

While a single Reiki session can be meaningful, many people find that the benefits deepen over time through repeated sessions or group classes.

Reiki is often most effective as an ongoing practice that supports balance, restoration, and overall well-being.

After Your Session

After your session or class, drink plenty of water and allow yourself time to rest and integrate the experience if possible.

Many people feel deeply relaxed afterward and benefit from giving themselves space to slow down, reflect, and support their body's natural restorative process.

What You Need:

  • A laptop or tablet positioned so I can see you comfortably during the session

  • A bed, couch, or floor where you can lie down and relax

  • A pillow for comfort and support

  • A blanket if you tend to get cold

  • Headphones, AirPods, or device speakers if preferred

Pets are welcome if they are calm and unlikely to interrupt your session.
