Breathwork

Breathwork

Class Description

This live Zoom Breathwork energy healing class is a guided group experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system awareness, and energetic clearing through a specific breathing technique paired with a curated music playlist.

The experience includes periods of active breathwork and guided expression, including a supported moment of vocal release (primal screaming), followed by rest and integration. I am clearing and providing Energy Healing to help you release stagnant energy most efficiently.

After the breathwork portion, there is a brief Q&A and optional group discussion for those who would like to share their experience or receive light guidance around what surfaced.

Each class is unique and unfolds differently depending on what is present for each participant.

Important Participation Note

This practice involves intentional, continuous breathing and can be physically and emotionally activating.

If there are multiple participants in the same household, each person must register individually and join from their own device in separate spaces. This allows for proper guidance, support, and monitoring during the session.

To support the integrity of the group space, please arrive 10 minutes early to set up. The session begins promptly, and late arrivals will not be let in once we have begun.

I will briefly go over the breathing technique. Then, we will begin with a short grounding.

The session unfolds as follows:

  • Guided breathwork then, music starts

  • A moment of guided vocal release (screaming for release)

  • Rest and integration

  • Closing grounding

Total duration is approximately 50 minutes. I am clearing and providing Energy Healing the whole duration so that you can release stagnant energy most efficiently.

Afterward, there will be optional space for sharing and Q&A.

You are welcome to participate or simply complete your experience in silence.

Breathwork

Breathwork

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice designed to support emotional release, increased awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself. Many people describe the experience as helping them access and process emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be difficult to reach through conversation alone.

Each breathwork session combines a specific breathing technique with a carefully curated musical playlist. The music is selected not for entertainment, but to support emotional processing and create space for insight, release, and awareness.
The experience typically unfolds in three phases:

  • Active breathwork using a guided breathing technique

  • Primal screaming to support emotional expression and release

  • Rest and integration to process what has surfaced

No two sessions are alike. Each experience is unique and unfolds differently depending on what is ready to be processed and released.

My Approach

My breathwork sessions combine breathwork and energy healing to support emotional release, awareness, and integration.
Unlike some breathwork facilitators, I do not continuously speak over the music during the active breathing portion of the session. Rather than directing your experience through prompts, affirmations, or inspirational messages, I create space for you to have your own experience and process what naturally arises.

The music plays an important role in the work. Certain lyrics and emotional themes often help bring awareness to what is ready to be acknowledged, felt, and released. Throughout the entire session, I monitor your breathing and provide guidance when necessary to ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.

Group Classes

Group breathwork classes are conducted live via Zoom and include approximately 30 to 40 minutes of active breathwork followed by a Q&A and integration period. The class is one hour long.

The integration portion is an opportunity for participants to share their experience, ask questions, and receive guidance in a supportive and confidential environment.

Private Sessions

Private breathwork sessions are 90-minute individualized experiences designed to support your unique healing process.

Each session includes a customized playlist curated specifically for your needs, followed by time for integration, reflection, and discussion. Throughout the session, the energy healing component is focused entirely on you, allowing for a more personalized and concentrated experience.

Because the session is dedicated to a single individual, there is greater opportunity to explore what arises during the breathwork, receive individualized guidance, and deepen awareness of what is ready to be processed and released.

While group classes provide a powerful shared healing environment, private sessions offer a more tailored experience with focused attention, support, and integration throughout the entire process.

Important Note

Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. Individuals with heart conditions, lung conditions, certain mental health concerns, or who are pregnant should consult their healthcare provider before participating.
